Cheating

Cheating is not allowed in this game. This includes the use of scripts or any other type of software to help boost or automate trade. Cheating will result in a permanent ban from Alexa Share.

Arbitrage

The use of arbitrage is strictly prohibited. This is the act of taking advantage of the update system, by buying shares before the price updates on Alexa Share and then clicking 'update' to make a quick profit.

Any member found to be using arbitrage will receive a warning. If the use of arbitrage is continued, the members account will be reset. Any further use will result in a temporary or permanent ban from Alexa Share.

Spam

Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are forbidden on Alexa Share. This includes on its forum, any group message board, through the private message system and chat room. This will result in a permanent ban from Alexa Share.

Profanity

Out of respect, we encourage members not to use profanity, as there are young people who use Alexa Share to.

Discrimination

Racism, sexism or any other type of discrimination is not tolerated, and will result in a permanent ban from Alexa Share. If you are experiencing any sort of discrimination, please report it immediately.

Slander

Any form of slander or insult used within a group name/description, or username will be removed from the system.

Site Data

You may not use any of the data found on this site, without permission. Although we gather our data from Alexa.com there are certain calculations of our own that are applied. If you wish to use our data please contact us.

Multiple Usernames

The use of multiple usernames is discouraged unless for a good reason. If you want to start the game again, please contact Alexa Share to delete your old account.

Referrals

The referral system is used to help encourage other people to join Alexa Share, in return for a reward. Any user who is found referring themselves (i.e. creating fake accounts) will have their own account removed.

Alexa Share reserve's the right to change these rules without notice at any time. We may terminate your account and place a ban at any time for any reason. You acknowledge and agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that you have made your own determination regarding the usefulness of the service.
